Country roadmap

ojas.foundry is developing 30 target countries across three planned development periods, each led by a Country Founding Partner. Rollout years indicate the target period for active country development, not a guaranteed launch date. Recruitment is open across all years so the Country Founding Partner pipeline builds ahead of each period.
